Here’s exactly what I put in mine:
2 whole eggs
2 servings egg whites
1 chicken sausage link
Red peppers
Red onions
Spinach
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, plus salt & pepper to taste.
