Super High Protein Tomato Soup

2 cups (480g) whole peeled organic tomatoes
1½ cups (375g) low-fat cottage cheese
½–1 cup (120–240ml) beef bone broth (thin to your liking)
Basil, salt, pepper, garlic + onion powder to taste
How to make it:
Blend everything together until smooth, then heat it up on the stove for 5–10 minutes. That’s it.

Protein: 50g
Carbs: 32g
Fat: 4.5g
It’s high-protein, high collagen, anti-inflammatory, and full of nutrients from the tomatoes and bone broth.
PS for my vegetarian clients swap the bone broth for vegetable stock, works a treat.
