45ml honey

1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Leave it for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
Place small spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and shape gently.
Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until the coconut turns lightly golden.
