450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken

Chopped Green Onion

2 Tsp Grated Ginger

1 Tbsp Garlic

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 Tsp Brown Splenda

1 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp White Pepper

3 Tbsp Chicken Broth

10-11 Sheets Wonton Wrapper

Sesame Oil Soy Sauce:

2 Tbsp of soy sauce

½ Tsp of sesame oil

Pinch of chili flakes/gochugaru

Into a bowl combine the following ingredients 450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken, Chopped Green Onion, 2 Tsp Grated Ginger, 1 Tbsp Garlic, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tsp Brown Splenda, 1 Tsp Salt, 2 Tsp White Pepper and mix.

Into a baking dish, layer the ingredients like a lasagne. Start with a layer of meat mixture, wonton skins and so on.

Pour ¼ Cup of chicken broth on top of the finished layers.

Steam the baking disk for 20-25mins (or until the entire dish is cooked).

Top with the soy sauce mixture, green onions, sesame seeds and enjoy!

This recipe is super easy to make and completely changes the game for making dumplings. You can adjust the portion sizes depending on the size of the dish you have.
