1/2 cup warm water

1/4 cup fish sauce

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup lime juice or rice vinegar (or combo)

2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce

2 garlic cloves minced

Thai chilis (optional)

Combine rest of ingredients
