Chili Garlic Crunch Green Beans

When it comes to meal prep, it’s important to have options. This is one of my favorite ways to make green beans. I normally blanch them off in salt water, shock them in ice water, and then throw them in the fridge (cooked about 75% of the way) - so when it’s time to “cook” I just saute the green beans with whatever flavor I’m feeling that day and it takes literally 2-3 mins to finish cooking.
Recipe:
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tbsp S&B crunch garlic mild (cheat code!)
2-3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
Make it happen AP seasoning
Blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and then drop in ice cold water to stop the cooking process. Dry and saute with whatever flavors you’re feeling… these chili garlic green beans are my choice about 90% of the time lol they’re addictive
