1 oz. peperoncini brine
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1 small peperoncini
Ice
1 small feta cube

In a medium glass pitcher, combine gin, peperoncini brine, and vermouth. Fill pitcher with ice and stir until outside of pitcher turns frosty.
Strain into a martini glass. Skewer peperoncini and feta cube and garnish glass.
