Roasted Garlic White Bean

1 can cannellini beans

2 tablespoon tahini

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 whole roasted garlic cloves

½ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

步骤

• Add the drained beans to a food processor or a blender with 2 tahini, lemon juice, 1 whole roasted garlic, salt and olive oil 2 Blend until very creamy. Add more salt to your liking. 3 Serve in a bowl and top off with more roasted garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley. Serve with grilled bread, chips or crips. Devour!
