(Relação Chia seeds + milk: para cada 1 tsp, add ¼ cup milk)

Base: 2 tsp chia seed + ½ cup milk

Proteína: 2 TBSP yogurte skyr/grego

Adoçante opcional 1: Fruit Blends ( ½ cup mango, ¼ cup blended blueberries, ¼ cup blended strawberries)

Adoçante opcional 2: 2 tsp cocoa powder, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp honey

Serving Toppings: ¼ cup  fresh berries, banana, coconut flakes, dark chocolate, mango, 2 TBSP granola, extra 2 TBSP yogurt
