Lemon Cake (Aunt Cathy's)

配料

1 pkg yellow cake mix

4 eggs

3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil not olive oil

3/4 cup water

1 tsp lemon extract

1 3oz lemon jello

Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

3 tbsp lemon juice

Mix all ingredients well. Follow mixing time recommended for box cake. Bake in 13x9x2 sheet pan.

Glaze

Mix and spread on hot cake. Crusty on cold cake.
