• 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon peanut butter (I use creamy)

• 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (or sugar free substitute

• 2 teaspoons brown sugar (or sugar free substitute)

• 1 teaspoon egg white (I use egg beaters)

步骤

1.In small bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined

2. Roll dough into a ball and press down lightly with the edges of a fork, press again with the edges going the opposite way to make a criss cross pattern.

3. Bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes, let cool on pan before enjoying (or it will seem very doughy).
