15 Minute Airfried Hariyali Paneer Tikka

350g Paneer

Green Chutney (ingredients below)

80g Greek Yogurt

1 Large Pepper

1 Large Red Onion

3 Tbsp Chickpea Flour

1/2 Tsp Turmeric

1 Tsp Cumin/Dhanajeeru

1 Tsp Garam Masala

1 Tsp Chaat Masala

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Garlic Paste

1 Tsp Ginger Paste

2 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek

1/2 Lemon, juiced

2-3 Tbsp Oil

GREEN CHUTNEY:

20g Coriander Leaves

15g Mint

2 Garlic Cloves

1-2 Green Chillis

For the main hariyali green chutney sauce blitz together coriander leaves, mint, garlic cloves and chilli along with 2 Tbsp Water until it’s a paste

In a mixing bowl combine together the green chutney, yogurt, chickpea flour, turmeric, Dhanajeeru, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, dried fenugreek, lemon juice and a drizzle of oil. Mix that well until it forms a thick paste

Add in the largely cubed paneer along with the largely diced onion and peppers. Mix that really well ensuring every piece is coat. Feel free to marinate for a couple or go straight into stacking the skewers

Place in the AirFryer to cook for 15-18 minutes at 180°C turning halfway. Squeeze fresh lime/lemon on top whilst it’s hot!
