Cheese Filled Naan

380g all-purpose flour

300 g Greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Filling:

Grated cheese of your choice (mozzarella or cheddar work well)

Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

步骤

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and Total Greek yoghurt until you achieve a smooth and even dough.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, shape them into balls, and then flatten them into discs. Place a generous amount of grated cheese in the center of each disc and carefully seal the edges to prevent any filling from escaping. Roll each disc out to about 15-18 cm in diameter.

Cover the discs with a clean cloth and let them rest for about 20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the naan to the pan. You’ll notice them bubbling within seconds; flip them every 30 seconds. After a few flips, they should puff up beautifully. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
