Make a big batch, divide into jars, and you have a high protein breakfast on hand all week.

This high protein chia pudding is indulgent enough to feel like dessert but made with nourishing ingredients you can feel good about.

YOU’LL NEED:

3/4 c plain Greek yogurt

1/4 c milk of choice (I use Fairlife)

1 T pure maple syrup

2 T chia seeds

1 tsp matcha powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, for topping

Matcha powder, for topping

Whisk together the yogurt, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, matcha, and vanilla. Let sit overnight. Stir, then layer into a mason jar with vanilla Greek yogurt. Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
