Mongolian Beef Noodle Stir Fry

Fakeout Takeout dinner at its very quick and delicious best! Did I say it was STUPID SIMPLE too and takes less than 30 minutes to put together?
This is what’s for dinner and your family will go crazy for it! I promise.
Recipe:
For the meat:
2 lbs Ground meat
1 heaping tsp. Baking soda
2 heaping tsp corn starch
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Dried parsley
2 tsp. Chicken cube flavoring
2 tbsp. Tamari sauce
2 tbsp. Low sodium Soy sauce or coconut amino
2 tbsp. Sugar
For the Mongolian Dark Sauce:
1/3 cup tamari sauce
3 tbsp coconut amino or low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Cooked spaghetti
2/3 cup pasta water
3 cubes of @kosher_taste ginger
4-5 @kosher_taste garlic cloves
Sesame and avocado oil
1 onion, sliced
2 peppers (any color) sliced
2 cups enoki beech mushrooms

In a bowl mix together all the meat mixture and set aside
In another bowl mix all your ingredients for the Mongolian sauce.
In a large wok, heat up a some sesame oil mixed with avocado oil to coat the bottom of the pan well.
Add your beef mixture and let it cook for a good 5 minutes. Then using your wooden spoon mix and break up the meat, and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Your meat should have a bit of caramelization and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add a bit more oil and your finger and garlic. Let the oil get infused for a few minutes and then add all your veggies. Mix for a minutes and then add 1/2 your pasta water.
Then add your dark sauce and mix well. Let cook for a minute or two then add in your meat and spaghetti and mix well. Add more pasta water if needed and mix well. Let every thing cook for a few more minutes then serve.
