powdered flax seeds

Sweet Soy Teriyaki (find recipe in dressings)

1/4 red bell pepper

1/2 banana

1/5 avocado

shredded cheese (optional)

1 egg

prep in advance:

powder the flax and chia seeds

measure the oats to a separated cup

dressing

prep in the day:

Tools: frigideira, caçarola, tbsp, garfo, faca, pincel, espatula silicone, prato de servir

in a pot with water boil in low heat the seeds and the oats until cooked.

in a pan grill the egg (runny yolk) and warm the bell pepper.

join everything, with 1 tbsp of dressing

enjoy warm
