1 large package Jimmy Dean sage sausage
1 large onion
4-5 Stalks Celery
Butter
1/2 loaf stale bread
1 package Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix (bread crumbs)
Gibblets, cooked until tender (reserve water)
2 eggs
步骤
Sauté onions and celery in butter until yellow and tender. Add sausage and cook until tender.
In a large bowl, add the eggs to the stuffing mix package. Add celery, onions, and sausages. Using liquid from Gibblets with stuffing mixture, add pieces of the stale bread until the desired consistency is reached.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic, poultry seasoning, and sage.

Stuff the bird and cook in the oven, covered.
