This is an easy meal prep STAPLE lunch! It’s so perfect to make ahead of time and so customizable add it to a wrap, sandwich or eat it as a dip for a great source of protein!

All you need is:

1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 chicken breasts)

salt and black pepper to taste

½ cup lower sugar BBQ sauce

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup mayonnaise

4 cups bagged coleslaw mix

Pair with:

pita rounds

veggies

hummus

a sweet treat (I love these allergen friendly @Free2Bfoods cups!)
