1 1/2 onion

1 pepper

mushrooms or courgette

2 tomatoes

1 small red onion

coriander leaves

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 lemon or lime juiced

black pepper

1/4 cup of jalapeños in a jar

sweetcorn

hot sauce

3 chicken breasts

chilli powder

cumin

smoked paprika

dried oregano

black beans

wholegrain rice

步骤

Cook the rice with lime zest in it

Prepare the veg and chicken

Stir fried vegtables:

Cook the garlic and then add the veg

Chicken:

Season the chicken breast pieces with the salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika and dried oregano.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no pink bits. Then add black beans for another few mins.

Guacamole:

mash avocado, lemon juice and salt

Salsa:

Add half of the ingredients together in a blender. Blend these. For the other half of the ingredients, cut finely and add to the blended mixture.
