3 potatoes 450g, peeled

60g shredded cheese

vegetable oil

rosemary

salt

I mix different salts and some msg. Try your own combinations ^_^

步骤

Peel the potatoes, cut them into narrow strips, add them in a bowl and mix with cheese. Add a generous amout of oil into a frying pan. Pack 1/4 of the potatoes tightly and fry on low-medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Turn over and fry another 7-8 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden brown. Sprinkle with salt.
