CHICKEN

2lb boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

grated garlic

grated ginger

3/4 cup greek yogurt plain

2tsp garam masala

1tsp ground cumin

1tsp ground corriander

1/2tsp tumeric

1/2tsp smoked paprika

salt

pepper

SAUCE

2 Roughly chopped shallot

6 cloves chopped garlic

1inch chopped ginger

3tbsp Ghee

2tbsp Garam masala

2tsp ground cumin

1tsp ground corriander

1tsp chili powder

14oz can diced tomatos

1tsp ginger powder

1tsp garlic powder

lemon juice

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

8tbsp cold butter

salt

步骤

dice chicken into 1 inch cubes

put chicken in bowl and mix with everything listed in chicken section

let chicken marinate for an hour or two.

Heat pan on medium high heat and add in ghee. once melted, add chicken to pan cook. Once cooked, put into bowl.(its ok if its not full cooked since it will be added back in later)

chop up the shallots, ginger, and garlic. Add ghee to same chicken pan and once melted add your shallots, ginger, and garlic.

Cook until fragrant then add your diced tomatos, spices, and lemon juice.

Mix and let that cook for a couple minutes then add in heavy cream and a stick of butter.

Once melted and mixed together, add chicken and turn heat down to let simmer for minimum of ten minutes.

add salt to tasre and youre done.
