1/2 c. olive oil

2 t. sun-dried tomato paste

1/2 t. dried basil

1/2 t. dried thyme

1/2 t. dried rosemary

1/4 t. very finely minced garlic or garlic powder

步骤

3. Remove fromn heat. Cool.

1. In sauce pot, heat oil and add dry rosemary, thyme and basil.

2. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 3 minutes.

4. Reconstitute sun-dried tomatoes

in water for 5 minutes and drain.

5. Add together all oil, garlic, tomato paste, sun-dried tomato, salt and pepper.

Store in refrigerator covered for 30 days.

6. Blend with immersion or normal blender very fine for 45 seconds and refrigerate to 41 degrees.
