Chili Honey Chicken Bowl

6 chicken thighs
1 tbsp tj’s crunchy chili onion
1/4 cup honey @naturenates
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp each: smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder
Salt & pep to taste
Broil at 500 for approx 10 - 15 minutes
Pineapple, cucumber and avocado salsa:
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & pep to taste
assemble bowl with jasmine rice and enjoy! xx
