Place a paper towel slice on top of the eggs to ensure the eggs are fully submerged in your marinade.

Best served with warm rice and garnished with korean seaweed paper

INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs

Vinegar (OPTIONAL)

3-4 chopped green onions

2-3 diced chili peppers

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

1-1.5 tablespoons gochugaru (OPTIONAL)

1-2 teaspoons gochujang (OPTIONAL)

1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds

Splash of sesame oil
