Crockpot Meatballs and Noodles

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can beef broth

  • 2 T. A1 sauce

  • Garlic powder

  • Pepper

  • Dried parsley

  • Minced onion

  • Paprika

  • Onion powder

  • 1 bag frozen meatball

  • Cornstarch

  • Egg noodles

  • 1/2 c. Greek yogurt or sour cream

步骤

1. In a crockpot, add a can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of beef broth, 2

T of A1, garlic powder, pepper, dried parsley, minced onion, paprika, and onion powder. Mix and then add in a bag of frozen meatballs.

2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-5 hours.

3. With an hour remaining, add cornstarch slurry (1 T cornstarch and 1 T water).

4. Cook egg noodles according to package.

5. When ready to serve, add 1/2 c Greek yogurt or sour cream.

6. Serve meatballs over noodles.
