This literally took less than two minutes to make, tastes just like a chocolate mud cake, and has 40g of protein for under 300 calories 🔥

Recipe:

1 egg

75g fat free plain Greek yogurt

5g zero cal sweetener or sugar

18g cocoa powder

25g protein powder

10g semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish.

Microwave 60-90 seconds for lava cake consistency or 3 mins for brownie consistency.

Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
