Butter-cream Shrimp & Rice

2 lbs Extra-Jumbo Shrimp

2 ¼ cups Heavy Cream

1 ½ cups Chicken Broth

5 tbsp Tomato Paste

3 tbsp Butter (divided)

2 tbsp Minced Garlic

2 tbsp Avocado Oil

4 tsp Creole/Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Onion Powder

½ tsp Smoked Paprika

½ tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Dried Parsley

1 tsp Dried Basil

½ Lemon

Shrimp: Season dry shrimp. Sear 2 mins per side in a hot skillet. Remove.

Base: Melt 2 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic and tomato paste until deep red.

Sauce: Whisk in broth and cream. Simmer until thick enough to coat a spoon.

Finish: Stir in shrimp, 1 tbsp cold butter, and lemon juice. Serve over rice.
