Chicken Taco soup dump meal

1.5 lbs chicken breasts or thighs, cooked & shredded
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen corn
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chicken broth

In a large pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in oil until softened.
Add shredded cooked chicken and remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Portion into freezer-safe containers (leave 1 inch of space at the top for expansion).
🔹 Freezer & Reheat Instructions:
Freezes well for up to 3 months.
Reheat: Thaw overnight in fridge or reheat from frozen on the stovetop or microwave until steaming hot.
Serve with gluten-free tortilla chips, avocado, cheese, or lime wedges.
