Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

4 Boxes Chicken Broth

4 Springs of Thyme + 1 tbsp chopped

Parsley

1 Rotisserie Chicken

5 Carrots

6 Stalks of Celery

1 Onion

4 Bay Leaves

1 Heaping Tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken

4 Garlic Cloves

1 cup White Wine

1 Bag Reames Egg Noodles (frozen)

步骤

In a stock pot, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped onion until softened. Add minced garlic and 4 sprigs of thyme until fragrant (about 20 seconds). Optional, you can add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes to add a little heat.

Add broth, wine, and bouillon, bay leaves, chopped carrots, chopped celery, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chopped chicken, and bring to boil.

Add frozen noodles and boil for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove sprigs of thyme and bay leaves before serving.
