Olive oil
One sliced onion
Finely chopped garlic
Okra - two handfuls
Green chillies - seeds removed, left as two halves
Salt - pinch
Turmeric - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Fresh coriander
Rice/roti/naan/bread
步骤
Heat oil in frying pan, add onions and garlic, fry on medium heat until translucent.
Prep okra, wash and dry to get rid of slime. Slice the okra. Once onions are translucent add the okra.
Add green chillies, pinch salt, turmeric and coriander powder and paprika. Mix together, put lid on and cook on low heat for 5-6 mins.
Add fresh coriander
