Add 1 packet (around 85 grams) of sugar free gelatin mix to a dish
Add a cup of boiling water and mix until fully dissolved
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes
Add 1 cup of a low fat yoghurt of your choice (I used Skyr)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
Optional: 2 tbsp of dry chia seeds during the boiling water step
