Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce

2 steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Remove steaks from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until desired doneness; remove and let rest.

Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.

Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.

Return steaks to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook 1–2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
