1 large cucumber (or about 6 mini cucumbers), chopped into bite sized pieces)

1/2 red onion (sliced)

1/4 cup feta (crumbled)

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Chop cucumbers into bite sized pieces.
