Healthy Chocolate Fudge Cookies

These cookies are fudgy, rich, and taste like dessert but are secretly wholesome.
RECIPE ✨
10 large dates (soaked in hot water for at least 20 minutes)
1 large egg
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
optional dark chocolate on top 🫶

Mix everything until smooth, scoop onto a tray, top with the chocolate chips and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes.
Let them cool, and try not to eat the whole batch in one go 😅
