Homemade Lemonade

• 份量: 1.4 quarts (1.36 L)

8 lemons (4 zested)

1 cup sugar

Water to fill

Ice to chill

步骤

Put 1 cup of sugar and the zest of 4 lemons into a 4 cup (1 quart) measuring cup. Juice all the lemons into the cup and stir to combine.

Add hot water to the quart line and stir. Your sugar should melt into yhe mixture making a simple syrup of sorts. Pour the mixture into your container of choice. You can pour the liquid through ice inside a funnel.

Add water until you hit 1.4 quarts total.
