Cottage Cheese Flatbread Recipe

1/2 cup Good Culture low fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet. *Mine measured 8”x10”.
Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
Let the flatbread cool for a few minutes before removing from the parchment paper.
