This flavor packed buffalo chicken lavash wrap was SO easy to make and goes crazy with 54g of protein!!! You gotta try it besties 😋

5oz chicken breast

1/4 cup greek yogurt

One tbsp ranch seasoning of choice

One @traderjoes wheat lavash wrap

Franks red hot wing sauce

Arugula mix

Red onion

Mix nonfat plain greek yogurt with ranch seasoning to taste and set aside in fridge while you prepare everything else! Trim chicken breast & season generously with garlic, pepper, pink salt & chipotle powder. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan and sear each side on medium high heat for 2 min then cover, lower heat and cook until done (internal temp 165). Cut chicken into slices and toss in the franks red hot, arrange all ingredients on lavash wrap and fold that b up!
