4 boneless chicken breasts-pounded to 1/2” thick
Dredge chicken in mixture of:
Flour
Zest from 1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Fry with Olive oil and butter until browned
Sauce:
One stick butter
Leftover flour from dredging chicken, about 2 tbsp
1c chicken bone broth
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 cup white wine
One jar capers
