Lemon Berry Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 to 2 tsp honey, adjust to taste

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Zest of 1/2 lemon

Toppings:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt / skyr

1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Optional:

1 TBSP hemp seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Dash of cinnamon

步骤

In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and lemon zest.

Stir until fully mixed.

Layer Greek yogurt and add berries on top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

In the morning, stir again and add a splash of milk if needed.

Top with extra berries, hemp seeds, or a little extra lemon zest if desired.
