Cinnamon Roll Apple Cake

I think this is officially my most popular bake ever! 🫶 (and one of my favourites too 🙊)
It’s super moist, packed with juicy apples, a buttery cinnamon swirl, topped with a sweet, sugary glaze 🤌

All you need is:
Apple mix:
2 x apples, peeled and diced
45g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Cake:
360g Plain flour
200g Granulated sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
300ml Whole milk, room temp
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Large eggs, lightly beaten, room temp
110g Unsalted butter, melted
Cinnamon swirl:
120g Unsalted butter, melted
150g Light brown sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon
Glaze:
200g Icing Sugar
40ml Milk
Tin size: 8x10”

Bake 190C/(170C fan) 40-45 mins (or until a toothpick comes out the cake part with just a few moist crumbs on. Please note the cinnamon swirl and apples will still be wet and sticky when hot) 🥰
