Lasagna Soup

1 box Lasagna Noodles

1 pound Sweet Sausage

1 pound Ground Beef

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Onion, diced

Minced Garlic

Salt

Pepper

Oregano

Basil

Italian Seasoning

Parsley, optional

1 Jar Tomato Sauce (24oz)

Chicken Broth (32oz)

3 Cups Hot water

1 Can Tomato Paste (6oz)

1 Cup Heavy Cream

16 oz Ricotta

2 Handfuls Shredded Mozzarella

步骤

Cook sausage and hamburger together in pot. Drain, remove from pot, and set aside.

Add butter to pot and cook down onion until soft.

Add garlic and mix for about 30 seconds.

Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and Italian seasonings and mix to combine.

Add jar of sauce, can of tomato paste, chicken broth, and hot water and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add broken pieces of lasagna and cook until done.

Add cooked meat, heavy cream, mozzarella, and ricotta to pot and stir.

Let this cook for a few minutes on low until everything is melted and combined evenly.

Ladle into a bowl and top with a dollop of cheese mixture. (Ricotta, mozzarella, and seasonings)

Top with parsley. (Optional)

备注

Add as much garlic and seasonings as you like.

Add 1 cup of water at the end of it is to thick.

I use a skinny lasagna noodle and break them in half so every piece has the edges.
