Spring vibes in a mug—this high-protein treat is tart, sweet, and actually moist (not dry and sad like most protein cakes).

Takes just 1 minute and 7 ingredients. And yes, it works with frozen berries too 💕.

Recipe👇

1 scoop vanilla/lemon protein

1 egg

1 tbsp almond flour

Zest of ½ lemon

1/2 lemon, juices

2 tbsp almond milk

1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional but some protein powders can dry out the cake so this helps)

Fold in raspberries

Microwave 60–90 sec. Let sit 1 min.

Topped with whipped Greek yogurt or powdered sweetener.

Macros-friendly, low-carb, and super satisfying.
