1 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup (see Editor’s Note)

6 to 8 mint leaves

1 1/2 ounces carbonated mineral water, such as Topo Chico

1 1/2 ounces white rum, such as Foursquare Probitas

3/4 ounce sherry-based blanc vermouth, such as Lustau Vermut Blanco

步骤

In a Zombie glass, combine the lime juice, syrup and mint.

Pour the mineral water on top and gently agitate to extract the mint's oils.

Add pebble ice or similar, top with rum and vermouth, and lightly swizzle.

Top with more pebble ice, then garnish with a lime wheel and a slapped mint bouquet.
