Protein Spinach Cottage Cheese Quiche

COTTAGE CHEESE & SPINACH CRUSTLESS QUICHE

1 cup cottage cheese

4 eggs

2 cups fresh spinach

1/4 cup milk

1 cup cheese

teaspoon of minced garlic or some garlic powder

1/2 cup chopped onion

Salt & Pepper

If you want more protein, add chicken or tuna etc.

Mix all the ingredients together & pour into oven proof dish.

Cook for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
