Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Garlic Knots

For the #BuffaloChicken Filling:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles or shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix!)

2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles (or cheddar), shredded chicken. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Unroll and Fill: Unroll the crescent roll dough cans. You'll have 16 triangles total.

Spread and Fill: Spread half of the buffalo chicken filling mixture evenly over each sheet of crescent roll dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from the wide end, roll up each sheet of dough tightly into a ball

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each one.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let them cool slightly before serving. You can drizzle extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing over them or have ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side.
