Miso Yuzu Salad From Salt Steakhouse

2 tablespoons white or red miso paste
3 lemons, juiced and zested
2 limes zested and juiced
1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce or coconut amino
2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 cup neutral oil like avocado or grapeseed
1 tsp. @kosher_taste garlic clove, minced
3 cubes @kosher_taste frozen ginger
2-3 cubes @pardesfarms frozen scallion cubes (or sub with 1 scallion chopped)
1/4 cup hot mater

Add everything to a container with a lid and then shake till well combined.
For the salad:
Bok choy, cleaned and chopped fine
1 cup edamame
1 cup grated carrots
2-3 large radishes, sliced thin
1 small red onion, diced
2-3 scallions, chopped
2 green apples, sliced thin or diced
2 avocados, diced
1 cup chopped candy pecans (optional)
Mix in a large bowl and add the dressing.
