Easy Pan Lasagna

250g ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tomato, chopped
½ tea glass vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato paste
3½ cups water (add more if needed)
Salt & black pepper to taste
10 lasagna sheets
For the topping
Grated mozzarella or kaşar cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped

Add ground beef to a pan and cook until browned.
Stir in peppers and onion, sauté until softened.
Add tomato, tomato paste, spices, and water. Bring to a gentle boil.
Break lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and layer directly into the sauce.
Cover and cook on low heat until lasagna softens. Gently flip halfway through.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley, cover, and cook until melted.
Serve warm and enjoy — no oven required! 🌸
