1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp cream or yogurt

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp kasuri methi

1–2 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander to garnish
