4 cups cauliflower rice (I used the fresh one)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup half and half

4 tbsp cream cheese

Salt/pepper or whatever spice(s) you like

Garnish with chopped parsley if you want to get fancy

Mix it all up bake at 350 until fork tender (apprx one hour) Your kitchen will smell amazing!
