Eileen’s Chicken Curry

500g chicken (Cooked & Shredded)
1 tablespoon curry powder (more or less to taste)
1 red apple (peeled & diced)
2 tablespoons fruit chutney
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon flower
1 cup chicken stock
½ onion (diced)
步骤
Fry onion until slightly brown
Add curry powder and swirl around
Add chicken stock, fruit chutney, tomato paste and diced apple
Add chicken
If you want to thicken the liquid a bit then add 1 teaspoon flower to a dash of chicken stock or water and mix around.
Let it simmer for half an hour or more (the longer it simmers the softer the apple will be) and the liquid reduces to what you like.
Sometimes you may need a bit more or a bit less chicken stock.
I only put in ½ a tablespoon of curry power but it was a bit bland so I added another half.
